Louetta Properties is a family owned commercial real estate development and investment company, founded in 2003 by Shane Wilson. The company has grown to include the ownership and management of over 25 commercial properties. Furthermore, the company deploys capital into other real estate projects where it does not specialize. Louetta Properties is a platform dedicated to serving the local community and communities abroad. The Louetta Properties team strives to make a positive impact in everything they do.

Shane Wilson

President, Louetta Properties
Shane began his career by founding Mustangs Unlimited in 1990 and operated the business until 1998. He proceeded to open Louetta Automotive in 1999 and grew the business to an 11 location chain throughout the greater Houston area. Louetta Automotive became recognized for making a difference in the lives of customers and employees through first class auto service. In 2015, he co-founded WhiteWater Express with Clayton Clark and Steve Mathis which now operates 15+ locations. In 2017, they sold a minority stake of WhiteWater Express to SkyKnight Capital based out of San Francisco. Most recently, Shane sold Louetta Automotive to GB Auto Service which operates 130+ locations throughout the United States.

Shane is a native Houstonian and graduated highschool from St. Thomas High School in 1989. He is married and has three children. He enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and riding on his tractor.

Dayton Wilson

Vice President, Louetta Properties
Dayton joined Louetta Properties in 2019 after spending two years in the express car wash business. Dayton began his career by working full time at an express car wash in Dallas and went on to partner with a well recognized chain in Denver, CO. Dayton currently leads underwriting, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing for Louetta Properties. He underwrites new deals and performs due diligence for any properties under contract. He also analyzes the current portfolio to identify assets no longer meeting the investment criteria, creates a disposition plan, and directs the capital to new projects. Lastly, he coordinates leasing for vacant properties and new developments by working with brokers and negotiating lease terms.

Dayton currently attends Southern Methodist University and is pursuing a degree in Real Estate Finance. He enjoys spending time with his family and visiting Colorado.

DeAnn Richardson

Senior Facilities Manager, Louetta Properties
Before coming to Louetta, DeAnn worked as a licensed Child Care Administrator and Director for 19+ years and co-owned a catering business with her husband for over seven years. DeAnn joined the Louetta Family in 2004 as a part-time Accounting Assistant. Within a few months of being on the team, DeAnn developed and personalized HR forms for the company. Her foresight led her to becoming the Director of the HR Department for Louetta. Over the last 16 years, DeAnn’s management background and strong work ethic have led her to take on many diverse roles such as coordinating maintenance requests and repairs, performing tenant screenings, accessing environmental inspections, preparing properties for lease, and overseeing the daily operations and administration of the office.

DeAnn is a native Houstonian and attended the University of Houston. She has been married for twenty-six years and has four children. She enjoys crafting, fishing in her spare time, and spending time with her family to make special memories.
